PAcceSC main mission is to democratize and provide highly trusted on-chain access to private and real-world assets. 

PAcceSC seeks to design, create, facilitate, and commercialize advanced innovative systems that modernize legacy financial systems with interoperable and trusted Web 2 and Web 3 interconnected enterprise application platforms using smart contracts. We envision unlocking new networks of value with sophisticated, yet easy to use applications  to  create new, global multi-party solutions that transform disparate silos into synchronized and networks.  

PAcceSC applications will leverage state-of-art blockchain plus use of Central Bank Digital Currencies and Cash-Backed Stable Coins to offer a  versatile multi-asset-class embedded finance fuctionalities driven by Web 2 to 3 Bridges designed by asset-domain experts. The envisioned institutional standard platform will offer end-to-end "Digital Lifecycle Processing" across tokenized real-life private assets and sttructured finance, The ecosystem will encompass  stable coins, multi-currency specialty finance, structued finance, loans, bonds, private and public equities, commodities, operating real assets including real estate and project finance, derivatives and index products. 

PAcceSC is aiming to service the financial industry as well as businesses, indivudual customers and employees. 

Collectively PAcceSC enterprises will power innovative smart contracts and blockchain solutions servicing leading financial services, investment and wealth managers, broker dealers, and banks and partnering with them in their Digital Asset initiatives. 

 PAcceSC has been established by Ron D’Vari as Founder & CEO and Peter Knez  as Chairman. 

Ron D'Vari is the founder and executive chariman of NewOak Capital LLC and NewOak Finance Inc., based in New York. D'Vari was previously an executve at BlackRock served as Global Head of Structured Finance and member of Fixed Income Business, Alternative, and New Products Management Committees.

Peter Knez is the Executive Chairman of Incapture LLC and Venom Ventures. He was previously CIO of Fixed Income Alternatives at BlackRock and CIO of Fixed Income at Barclays Asset Management, 

PAcceSC will leverage its symbiotic relationship with NewOak Capital, NewOak Finance and their portfolio companies including FuturePay Holdings Inc., Orbis Financial Technologies Inc, FinPlusTech Inc., Oak Branch Advisors LC, Acorn Trade Finance LLC, and MuniRisk LLC. PAcceSC will also leverages its relation with WhiteHaven Securities in Canada, a leader in alternative asset management and startups.
